I ordered a leather rocker recliner from Timlin's for my husband on my own. The owner, Cheryl was very informative about all the recliners. I was a little uneasy about picking out one for him when he wasn't there to sit in it himself. (He doesn't like to shop)! A few days later I convinced him to go back with me to see if he liked it. Thank goodness we did because he didn't like the one I picked out! With the help of Carol, the sales associate that day, showed him several other recliners that were more suited for his needs. Timlin's was great about us cancelling the first order. So now instead of waiting several weeks for the one I ordered, he was able to have his new recliner a couple of days later.
I highly recommend Timlin's for any of your furniture needs. It's so much nicer shopping here instead of going to a big box furniture store where half of the sales associates don't know much about the furniture they sell.
