The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it. To begin the return process, you must notify service@timlins.com within the 7-day grace period. Products must be returned in brand new condition and packaged in their original box including all packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories included. Products must also be free of any cosmetic damage. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or will incur a 30% restocking fee. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Special Orders:

Special order merchandise will be subject to a 30% restocking fee — even if not yet delivered — and will not be eligible for return if delivered and out of the box.

Mattress Sleep Comfort Guarantee

 

Sleep Trial Period

  • Enjoy a one-time comfort exchange or return within 100 nights of delivery.
  • Please allow a minimum of 30 nights before requesting an exchange or return so your body has time to properly adjust.

Comfort Exchange (One-Time Only)

  • Exchange your mattress one time within the 100-night period.
  • Replacement mattress must be of equal or greater value.
  • A processing & transport fee (delivery fee for your zone) plus a 10% restocking fee will apply.
  • Size changes qualify as your one-time exchange and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges are final and non-returnable.

Mattress Return

  • You may return your mattress within 100 nights of delivery.
  • A processing & transport fee (delivery fee for your zone) plus a 30% restocking fee will apply.
  • Promotional discounts, Timlin’s Cash, or free gift values will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for exchange or return:

  • A mattress protector needs to be purchased on the same invoice as your bedding.
  • Mattress must be in like-new, sanitary condition.
  • No stains, tears, burns, odors (including smoke), or excessive pet hair.
  • Mattress must be free from damage caused by improper foundations, abuse, or moving.
  • Removal of the law label voids this guarantee & warranty.

The Sleep Comfort Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Mattress protectors
  • Pillows, sheets, or bedding accessories
  • Adjustable bases or frames
  • Special-order or custom dimension mattresses
  • Closeout or “AS IS” merchandise
  • Comfort exchanges of previously exchanged mattresses

Only one exchange or return is permitted per mattress invoice.

Additional Notes

  • Comfort preference is not a warranty issue.
  • Improper foundations or unsupported frames may void eligibility.
  • This guarantee does not replace or extend manufacturer warranties.
  • Policies in effect at time of purchase apply and are subject to change without notice.

Customer Commitment:

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time
