Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Local delivery
We offer local white glove delivery for Southeast Wisconsin. Your rate will be calculated at checkout, or talk to a sales associate in-store.
In-store pickup
We also offer in-store pickup. We are not liable for any damage to your furniture during transportation.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email from office@timlins.com when we have an estimated delivery time for your piece. You are welcome to email us at office@timlins.com if you would like to get an update on your order.
